High-speed inspection
The InlineCheck inspection
systems that are developed based on the high-speed Cognex’s In-Sight machine
visions reach highest inspection speed up to 50,000 bottles per hour. This
high-speed inspection system achieves complete checking of all bottles on
high-speed lines instead of reliance of conventional method of sampling inspection
by human eyes.
Compensation for misaligned
products in real time
Dislocated products or production line variation are corrected
at the inspection stage through real time compensation using the CentRow (horizontal
axes) and CentCol (vertical
axes) of the positioning circle founded out from the input image of the bottles
displayed on the screen via CCD camera.
With the advanced compensation function, the InlineCheck inspection systems do not require an exact location of inlet bottles. Even if there
is rather great dislocation, the correct processing will not be affected.
Flexible adjustment to precision requirement by any production
line
All of the inspection system's adjustment controls are directly
accessible on the Custom View, so inspection precision can meet the requirement
of each line.
Real advantage of digital image processing
In conjunction with advanced filter technologies, normal
and defective features can be separated via dynamic thresholds, so the analyzing
of defective features does not carry out due to distance from the center point
to show the real advantage of digital image processing.
Low costs of use
The InlineCheck inspection systems with linear inspection
construction can be easy installed on existing production lines without any contact
point, so no change in a production line is required for the installation.
The simple and robust inspection and driving units bring
lower maintains and reduce the use costs in the feature.
