InlineCheck系列验瓶机基于Cognex公司的In-Sight高速图像处理系统而开发 成功，最高检测速度达到50,000瓶/时。
实时补偿位置偏差
实际运行时，由输送带送往摄像机检测站的瓶子不可能总是处于同一位置。 这时，要求检验设备自动补偿位置偏差，以免在错误的区域进行分析，进而产生错误的结果。
InlineCheck系列验瓶机提供先进的补偿功能，即使瓶子的位置偏差比较大， 也不影响正确的处理。
检测精度灵活可调
所有检测系统的调节控制按钮可在用户操作界面上直接使用，因此，检测精度可以适合实际生产的需要。
真正的数字式图像处理
由于采用先进的滤波技术，正常特征和缺陷现象借助动态的二进制合格界限判断方法被分离出来，因此InlineCheck系列验瓶机不需要依靠缺陷现象所处的位置进行分析，真正显示数字式图像处理的优越性。
较低的使用成本
InlineCheck系列验瓶机由于采用直线检测方式，占地面积少，极其容易加装在任何现成的生产线；传动结构简单并且牢固，需要经常维修保养的部件不多， 减低用户的使用成本。
