Technical Specification of milk
aseptic packaging line
Production type and capability：UHT milk, capability:500L/h.
Packaging type：Aseptic soft packing (paper-aluminum pouch) adaptable
for pure aseptic milk and fruit tasty asepsis milk, quality guarantee
period for normal temperature is 1-3 monthes.
Milk production producing requirements:
（1）. Milk collecting section:
a. Milk collection trough collected with milk tank, after measured by
auto weight system, milk is transported through cooling plate which
with the cooling temperature of 10℃～4℃.Milk collecting flux: 10 t/h.
b. Milk keeping tank system: Indoor heat preservation milk tank
c. Labor needing：1 person
（2）. Blending section
a. Melting powder, essence, stabilized material, sugar will be melting
in two emulsification tank in 600L.
b. Water for procession is treated by sand filter first then carbon
filter, water for blending is heated by plate heat exchanger, which
flux capability is 10 t/h. Steam consumption is 60KG/H in this part.
c. Blending temperature: 45℃～55℃,pressure: 0.2MP, Steam consumption:
80KG/H, steam heating.
d. Labor needing：2 person
（3） Pre-sterilization section
a. Blended milk need to pre-treat and refrigerate. Milk feed in emulsification
tank, where temperature range is 45°～55°,while temperature of bacterium
killing is 85℃, after heat preservation of 15s, milk flow out at the
temperature of 5℃.Steam consumption at this section is 100KG/H, runoff
is controlled by hand.
b. After treatment mentioned above, material will be transported and
storaged in amortizing tank.
c. Labor needing：1 person
（4）. UHT bacterium-free section
a. UHT bacterium killing temperature: 137℃,heat preservation: 4s,capability:
0.5 t/h, liquid inlet temperature: 5℃,exceeding temperature：25 ℃,
steam consumption: 140KG/H.
b. Main equipment designed in lining pipe
c. Homogenizer：low speed in 25mpa，capability:0.5 th, homogenizing
temperature：75℃.
d. Labor needing：1 person
（5）. Packaging section
a. Adopting soft Paper-aluminum pouch packaging machine with the capability
of 2000p h, packaging range from 500ml to 1000ml.
b. Packaging machine is connected with UHT bacterium killing machine
airtightly. In order to keep positive pressure of liquid, circumfluence
designing is needed.
c. Labor needing：1 person
（6）Hand operating CIP system:
a. Linking water tank, acid tank as well as alkali tank together, which
can be feeded with steam and washed with hot lotion unitely.
b. Adopting Centrifugal pump with 36M raise distance, which should be
protected against acid.
c. Adopting 6M2 Plate heat exchanger, where washing lotion is heated
by steam.
d. Unit CIP system steam consumption: 120 KG/H
e. Hand control, equipped with pipe type filter and filler.
f. HNO and caustic soda is served as washing lotion, which is blending
in CIP tank.
g. Labor needing：1 person
e. CIP cleaning principal:
1. All the equipments, containers as well as pipes should be cleaned
after producing process is over.

Please kindly note that cold equipments should be cleaned in each two
weeks by acid lotion, if some alkalescency deposit appear, acid lotion
will be using as soon as possible. Antisepsis process of hot equipment
and pipes should last 15mins in 95℃ then hot equipment will be cooled
by aseptic purified water.

Milk Aseptic packaging Plant
1. Height requirement for Pre-disposaling room ≥4.5M, 7.5M is proposed.
2. Height requirement for inter packaing room should be 6.5-7.0M, flat
ceiling is demanding. Pure air feeding is indispensable, positive pressure:
+0.005mp.
3. Special construction requirement on aspectic milk producting,
* Metope requirement: height requirement of white glazed tile should
be 1.5-2m.
* Floor requirement: acid-resistant、alkali-resistant、protection against
slick
* Drainage requirement: floor drain is demanding
* Ceiling requirement: production against the tide、mould、water leaking
* Ventilation requirement: Set plant ventilation system

* Lighting requirement: Daylight lampsodium lamp is needing for normal
use,
Set mercury lamp and ultraviolet radiation lamp in milking filling room,
Set mercury lamp and sodium lamp in bacterium-killing room and packaging
room.
