Equipments of salt refining plant

Supplying hopper：It is made of stainless steel itself with a barrier on the top and a vibration power on the inner side, the plank is made of carbon steel. It is suitable for a mini type of forklift.
The fix quantify screw transportation engine：Installed under the supplying hopper with a timing electricity engine, which control the whole system’s production capacity. The parts of it which contain the salt are made of stainless steel, other parts are made of carbon steel.
Adhesive tape transportation engine：It has the suitable width, length and speed with stainless steel protecting board on the two sides. It is well working in keeping salt a good thickness and convenient for picking up sundries by hand. Other parts are made of carbon steel with magnet and electromotive roller.
Screw salt washer（two sets，one is for wash firstly ,the other is for washing secondly）：It is installed aslant with spout device on the foreside and a falling over exit on the after body. The parts of it which contain the salt are made of stainless steel, other parts are made of carbon steel.
Opposite roller Pulverizer（three or four sets）：It consists of two crushing rollers、shell body、gearing、adjusting device、electromotor and etc. There are flutes on the rollers, and the rollers cut or extrude reversely. The rollers are made of good quality of metal. The parts of which contains the salt are made of stainless steel, other parts are made of carbon steel.
The stirring-type salt washer：Installed vertically with electromotor and deceleration device，on the top there is a falling over circle for sewage. The parts of which contain the salt are made of stainless steel, other parts are made of carbon steel.
Device for getting the salt liquid thicker：The parts of it, which contain the salt, are made of stainless steel, other parts are made of carbon steel. There are valves at the exits.
 Pumps for transportation of salt liquid（three sets of different model）：It consists of a pump, impellers, a plank, and an electromotor.

 Backwash washer：It is made of stainless steel itself and the plank is made of carbon steel. There is an entrance for salt liquid at the bottom,   an entrance for clean halogen liquid in the middle. There is also a falling over circle for sewage.

 Over ground pot：The parts of it, which contain the salt, are made of stainless steel, other parts are made of carbon steel. Churn-dasher is   installed on it.
 The water power revolving device：The parts of it, which contain the salt, are made of stainless steel, other parts are made of carbon steel. There are valves at the exits.
