Production Line Configuration

Drying tunnel can be made by both metal and bricks.
1. Metal enclosure: option
Three metal enclosures will be needed to set up the drying tunnel. Each metal enclosure length 11.3 meters. Total length is 33.9 meters.

2. brick made enclosure
buyer will set up drying tunnel in workshop themselves by bricks. It is cheaper than metal enclosure. We will supply construction blueprint while we deliver the production line.

Power supply requirement
The system adopts 3 phase 4 lines AC power supply system. Voltage range: AC380-460V/50-60HZ. Control system adopts voltage AC220V. power net fluctuation is within 10%. Total power is 153.5kw. motors are 27sets.
