Both wasted plastics (PE, PVC) and new plastics(PE, PVC) can be used as raw materials. Both wood dust and rice shell dust can be used as raw materials.

l noise: equipment noise is within industrial limintation. Blower or some equipment with big noise are suggested to set up outside or inside a independent space.

Technical parameters
1. wood dust drying system

the daying system adopts flowing continuous drying equipment. The wood dust will be mixed with dryed hot air heated by oil boiler. the heat exchange process will be done extensively after they passing through airflow pipes and swirl drying room. The sizes of wood dust granularity is different, some big some small. Affecting by centrifugal force, the big size wood dust stay longer in drying room, the small one stay shortly. It exactly matches the principle that big size wood dust is more difficult to be dehydrated. Small one is easily. The dryed wood dust will be accumulated by swirl separator. The filtered hot air flows into atmosphere.

2.9. high precision digital temperature controller are set up in each die and section. Temperature gauge and control are precise.
